Anniversary Project and Pageant

The Anniversary Project is another major educational landmark of our school. It Inculcates and infuses creativity, original thinking and understanding of different cultures and the problems facing our times. In ultimate analysis, it helps develop intellectual and aesthetic capabilities of the students.

Under the Anniversary Project a theme is selected for comprehensive study of related areas and subjects in their multilateral dimensions. The students from Class III to Class XII are divided into different groups according to their aptitude and interest. Each group is then assigned a sub theme to work upon. They study the selected topic through a schedule of programme especially prepared for this purpose by the teachers. At the end of their in-depth studies, the groups display the work done by them through an exhibition of posters, charts, models, working models, etc. The exhibition is followed by a pageant (cultural programme) comprising skits, plays, ballets, dances, group dances, etc. woven around the theme of the project.
